Who we are

This website, vangraut.com, is operated by VANGRAUT. For any question about your personal data, write to wellness@vangraut.com.

What we collect

When you send a request through a form on this website, we receive your name, your WhatsApp or phone number, your country and the investment range you choose. With the request we also receive the page it was sent from and the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source).

To suggest your country in the form, the page sends your IP address to the GeoJS geolocation service (get.geojs.io). We keep only the detected country, not the IP address.

Our website provider, Framer, records basic visit statistics: pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If we add other analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, we will list them on this page before they are switched on.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a consultation, prepare a project estimate, and understand which pages and campaigns bring requests. We do not use your data for anything else and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to wellness@vangraut.com.

Who can see it

The VANGRAUT sales team who handles your request; Framer, which hosts this website and stores form submissions; and the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use to track requests. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Where it is stored

Our providers may store data on servers outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States.

How long we keep it

Up to three years after our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Write to wellness@vangraut.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
